A. Mother Enabler Compassionate Home (MECH)
Imo State – Umuagwu village
In 2002, Rev. Leo Okonkwo purchased a parcel of land in the remote rural village of Umuagwu for the purpose of youth education and development. In 2006, he built a shelter for village orphans, who otherwise would be forced onto the roadside in order to survive.

B. Mother Enabler Nursery, Primary, Secondary (MENPS)
Imo State – Umuagwu village
In 2009, Rev. Leo built a modest school next to the MECH shelter. Thus, he and the MOJ Sisters would “home school” the poor village children of Umuagwu on the mission land he purchased in 2002. A standard school structure was built in 2014 as HEAL’s first project.

C. Berthrand Okonkwo Memorial Comprehensive Academy (BOMCA)
Imo State – Akpim village
In 2016, HEAL expanded its educational mission by building a standard school named after Rev. Leo’s father, Berthrand Okonkwo. Located in Leo’s home village of Ihitte Akpim, BOMCA is a beacon of light for poor and marginalized children hoping and striving for a bright future.
