WAEC Certified Exam Center

Help Us Finish a Certified Exam Center!

Junior Secondary (JS) and Senior Secondary (SS) students in Nigeria must take and pass the West African Education Council (WAEC) national exams to advance to their next grade levels. WAEC exams can only be taken at schools certified by the Federal Ministry of Education (FMOE). For poor and marginalized rural village children, it can be a great expense and burden to travel to the closest WAEC certified school often located in urban centers. In 2020, BOMCA Academy achieved WAEC certification from FMOE inspectors after they evaluated and approved of BOMCA’s administrative and educational proficiency. However, FMOE inspectors urged us to finish the Exam Center which HEAL began in 2018 as the first required step in the certification process. The main structure has been built, but now the ceiling tiles and roof insulation must be completed.
